Josh Rogers is the co-owner of RESULTS fitness, Nashville's premiere boutique personal training and group fitness studio. He has over 15 years experience in the health & fitness arena. Rogers specializes in personal training, group fitness, and nutrition counseling. His goal is to provide his clients with the knowledge, expertise, and confidence to maximize his/her RESULTS in the gym & maintain a fit & healthy lifestyle while making the experience safe, challenging, and enjoyable.
